Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new features for multiple projects
– Integrate APIs and connect various open source programs, such as NextCloud, YetiForce, n8n, and NodeRed
– Develop plugins and extensions to enhance the functionality of existing software
– Ensure compatibility and efficiency by writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
– Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing effective solutions
– Work independently to execute instructions and deliver fast turnaround on new project features and tools
Requirements:
– Extensive experience and expertise in Python and JavaScript programming languages
– Familiarity with open source software development concepts, tools, and workflows
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
– Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being an active team player
– Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate and convey ideas
Preferred Skills (not mandatory):
– Knowledge of NextCloud, YetiForce, n8n, and NodeRed
– Experience in developing plugins and extensions for open source programs
– Understanding of API integration and working with external services
