Through ChatGPT, OpenAI opened the floodgates of artificial intelligence — and now the reckoning is affecting the wrong people.
Ever since AI has become commonplace, there’s been a lot of cases of false positives. These are innocent people, some students, getting accused of plagiarizing ChatGPT and other LLMs. That’s why we must fight fire with fire, and this is where AI bypassers enter the picture.
Undetectable AI is one of the best AI bypass tools in the market. However, it’s sometimes misused and misunderstood. So, in this article, I’ll teach you how to properly use Undetectable AI so you’d never have to worry about detection ever again.
How Should You Actually Use Undetectable AI
Using Undetectable AI is insanely easy. But, if you’re having trouble, just follow these four steps to a tee and you should be able to avoid AI detection with ease.
For this tutorial, I’ll be using this ChatGPT-generated text to show how you can humanize your own document. It’s relatively short-form, but later on, I’ll be providing other examples (including longer ones!) of what your outputs should look like after using Undetectable AI and making your own tweaks.
Now, let’s check its current AI percentage using Sapling, my most trusted AI detector.
Our goal is to lower that percentage to 40% or less. Can we do it?
With Undetectable AI, of course we can.
Step #1: Adjust Your Output Parameters
My favorite feature of Undetectable AI is its output parameters, which lets you control what the output sounds like once you generate it. These parameters are divided into three: the readability level, the purpose or use case, and the human level.
For readability level, you have the following options:
- High School: Simple and straightforward text. This ensures easy comprehension for every audience.
- University: A bit more advanced, like text you’d find in a college textbook or undergraduate-level studies: clear but a touch more sophisticated.
- Doctorate: The most complex of all choices. You should only use this if you’re humanizing text meant for dissertations and scholarly articles.
- Journalist: Also quick and straightforward. Use this if you’re writing articles or humanizing text with lots of information.
- Marketing: Engaging and persuasive. This is best paired with marketing copies and social media posts.
Use case parameters are more straightforward, but here’s a general idea of what you should expect for each of them:
- General Writing: Best for everyday communication and common topics. In my experience, this gives me the best output of all.
- Essay: More structured. Works well with academic papers.
- Article: This will give you more persuasive text. Use this one if you’re writing content meant for blogs or publication.
- Marketing Material: Also persuasive. Best for marketing copies and social media.
- Story: For narrative purposes only.
- Cover Letter: Designed to get past automatic AI filters in job applications.
- Report: Use this for business and academic documentation.
- Business Material: Proposals, memos, or executive summaries.
- Legal Material: Case briefs or legally-binding contracts.
Lastly, for human level, you only have three options:
- More Readable: Most likely to be tagged as AI. Never use this unless your goal is to rewrite only.
- Balanced: Retains readability but removes common AI identifiers.
- More Human: Removes all AI identifiers and drastically changes your text to avoid getting flagged.
For my text, I’ll be using university, essay, and “more human” as my output parameters.
Step #2: Humanize
Once you’ve chosen your output parameters, you only need to do two things: agree to the terms of service and press the “Humanize” button.
After that, wait ten seconds and you should get the humanized text.
Now, you may have gotten your humanized text, but it doesn’t stop there. You should always double-check.
Step #3: Double Check With AI Detectors
AI detectors have been getting better by the minute. The strictest one I found is Sapling AI, which can usually detect even tweaked text. Let’s check how Undetectable AI’s humanized text does against Sapling:
From 100% AI, we’ve successfully lowered that to 27.6% — which is already human level and way below our initial goal of 40%. This shows just how good Undetectable AI really is at avoiding AI detection.
Step #4: Further Tweaking
Look closely at the humanized text. Notice how there are obvious grammar and spelling mistakes? It’s because Undetectable AI has this tendency to use these errors to avoid AI detection. A bit annoying, for sure, but it can be fixed.
I’ve reviewed Undetectable AI a lot, and tested it against other detectors and bypassers. One advice I always give is to tweak Undetectable AI’s output afterwards. Remove all mistakes and fix the punctuations. Above all else, change some sentences that don’t flow quite well. At the end of the day, Undetectable still uses LLMs to generate these new texts, which means it could be somewhat monotone and won’t pass your professor’s smell test.
When tweaking these texts, always keep the following in mind:
- Avoid repetition.
- Avoid listing examples in a single sentence.
- Don’t use common AI words such as leverage and ultimately.
- Keep in mind that transitional words are common AI identifiers.
After rewriting Undetectable AI’s text slightly, here’s what it looks like now and its AI likelihood score in Sapling:
Your text should now be readable. Don’t worry about that increase in the AI likelihood score — as long as it’s lower than 40%, you should be good. Having a score around that area is normal, especially for professional and academic writing.

Undetectable is not only effective, it’s also pretty easy to use. With tools like this, you can avoid detection consistently — proving that, with some thoughtful tweaking, it’s definitely possible to generate high-quality content that avoids AI plagiarism checks.
However, I still highly advise against using generative AI for education. If you ever decide to use one, make sure that you still add your own thoughts and spin to it. Mindlessly copying AI’s work isn’t learning, it’s outsourcing. Even Undetectable themselves don’t recommend using their tool for academic dishonesty.
