A recommended learning plan for Python, from 0 to 100?

So I’ve been learning on my phone some basics on an app called Mimo – structured similarly to Duolingo’s progression route. I am still a beginner though, and chose Python due to not focusing so much time on learning the syntax, but rather the concepts and structure of programming. (Someone did insist once I start with Java, though).
However, now I’m wanting to learn on my laptop using an IDE.

Preferences:

  • Not YouTube videos (although if it’s super good, I will)
  • Reading mainly
  • Math incorporated (if possible)
  • Minimal cost/free (unless it’s really worth it)

Thanks,
Adam (:
