I need to convert my GUI app into a Flask server with API endpoints. I require a capable backend developer who can utilize Flask, Python and API development expertise to make this happen. The Flask server needs to have file uploading capabilities. The app needs to accept audio files, the type of audio file is unspecified, meaning it must be able to handle a variety of audio file types. I do not require user authentication or database integration for this project.
