I’m trying to secure profile picture, I mean force the user to upload their photo not someone else, and the profile picture should be saved and updated everywhere on my project.

Also I want the comparison to be by comparing the image they uploaded with the user’s face by doing a live video using their webcam while they are inside the site their image will be beside them if they are the same a green text saying welcome to our site, if not the frame around the photo turns to red color.
