i installed vs code when i brought the laptop there is no issue in it after some days, vs code is running very slowly, and when i am running the code python in vs code it open the terminal in vs code but terminal doesn’t show any thing even file name also it not showing can u please help me to slove the problem

i try many thing like
uninstalling vs code
reinstalling
seeing youtube videos how to slove it but noone have the solution

i expecting the output of my code in terminal with any issue
